MEET The Founders

TONY+ Gabrielle

Tony Caldwell, MANA’s Co-Owner and Creative Director, is passionate about upholding a sense of beauty and high end visual art. Tony is one of the most sought-after stylists in the industry. A national educator for award-winning Oribe Hair Care, Tony mentors and trains hundreds of stylists, each year in hair cutting and editorial hair dressing.

He has worked with the elite in fashion and entertainment, from country music’s LeAnn Rimes and Rascal Flatts to the runway looks of designers Nicole Miller and Jeremy Scott. During his two decades in the industry, Tony’s looks have appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, The Voice and Entertainment Tonight. He has also created looks for the CMT Music Awards, iHeart Music Awards and the Country Music Awards.

Tony’s path to celebrity styling started with his passion to create. Though he was offered a college football scholarship, he chose art school, studying fashion and graphic design at the Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago. A side hustle quickly turned into a passion when Tony was hired and trained by the pioneering Swedish stylist Marianne Strokirk.

Whether he’s styling editorial shoots for a national magazine or a rock star’s music video, Tony brings high-level expertise and artistry to every client.

Gabrielle Caldwell, MANA’s Co-Owner and Visionary, is dedicated to leading a vision of what is possible. Gabrielle has spent the last 10+ years in intense study, honing her skills to assist others in learning how to understand and navigate their "unseen" energetic world. Gabrielle is passionate about and certified in the ReUnion Process + Family Constellations. In these processes, she teaches her clients how to identify the voice of their higher self, and to then trust and apply that knowledge to their day-to-day lives.

Gabrielle has a way of taking what's messy, ugly, and anxiety-inducing and shining a light on it with a sense of humor, fierce respect for the truth, and a genuine love of humanity. This can ultimately create a shift that results in natural and authentic clarity, empowerment, and peace of mind for her clients.

Through her training, workshops, her study with clients, and working processes in her own life, Gabrielle has honed continually evolving successful method of facilitating gentle and yet profound shifts with clients.

Each client is met where they are and lovingly, but fiercely challenged and guided to live a life that is truly fulfilling. As clients begin to reopen and reconnect to their own power through the skills Gabrielle teaches, it becomes, once again, natural and instinctive for clients to create a life that serves their true purpose.
